Get ready, Lollipop is coming to Cambridge for one afternoon, and one afternoon only! The international pop-up experience that’s bopped around Madrid, San Sebastian, Berlin, Basel and the Pyrenees is bringing its fun, playful vibes to PAGU on Sunday, September 22nd. You can expect a mid-day, family-style feast that’s local, sustainable and prepared by a talented line-up. The chefs include Curro Polo (he honed his skills at Michelin-starred Mugaritz and holds a master’s from Basque Culinary Center and Harvard in kombucha, so he knows a thing or two), fermentation guru and co-founder of KojiCon, Rich Shih and of course chef Tracy Chang and her team. The menu will feature the last remnants of summer with products from the YellowFarm Project, an organization educating and connecting people on where their food comes from. The chefs will be cooking up a storm from 12:00-3:00pm and you can buy your tickets here — $89 for food and bev pairings or if you’re not into fermented beverages, you can opt for the $59 ticket.
