Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar is hosting their first ever tequila dinner on Wednesday, April 3rd, and you’re invited to the fiesta. They’ll be welcoming Carlos Peña, representative for Selección ArteNOM Tequila, to take care of the liquid refreshment while the Loco team whips up the perfect pairings. You’ll start with scallop ceviche and blanco tequila, followed by carnitas tostada with reposado and a chili-rubbed ribeye with anejo before landing at dessert, which is paired with a Jalisco Old Fashioned.
