Twinkling lights and caroling are fine, but we think the best holiday traditions are edible, and Yvonne’s is bringing one back this holiday season. Every Friday between Thanksgiving and Christmas, they’re harkening back to the yuletides of yore with a Locke-Ober Holiday Lunch, celebrating the location’s supper-club past by welcoming revelers in the present to come let loose a little early for the holidays. This special menu is available by reservation only, and will feature dishes from the Locke-Ober archives like Baked Lobster Thermidor and Locke-Ober ’88 Trifle alongside more modern takes on Christmasy comfort food. Seatings are on the half hour between 11:30am and 2:00pm, and reservations can only be made by calling the restaurant at 617.247.0047.
