Before it closes its doors, Lineage invites you to a collaborative dinner on Tuesday, August 2nd. The farewell meal will help raise funds for a Culinary Institute of America scholarship in honor of chef Corky Clark, retired CIA seafood professor and mentor to chef Jeremy Sewall. Fellow chef and cookbook author Barton Seaver will join Sewall to pay homage to Clark with a five-course menu of fresh catches. The evening will kick off at 6:00pm with a raw bar reception and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by the multi-course, sea-faring offerings and dessert from pastry chef Lisa Sewall. The menu is available for $125 per person, including a copy of Barton’s Two if by Sea, and proceeds go towards the Corky Clark Scholarship Fund for CIA students.
