Banyan is your new refuge for ramen, just in time for cold winter weather. Late nights (10:30pm-12:00am, to be exact) from Thursday through Saturday, the South End spot will be offering limited housemade ramen. Chef Philip Tang and team make the noodles fresh daily, so when they’re done, they’re done—best to get there on the early side. Previous incarnations of the noodle soup include ginger chicken broth with chicken sausage, a poached egg and pickled watermelon radish.
