It’s the end of the year, which means one thing at L’Espalier: Fromager Matthew Helvitz’s great end-of-the-year cheese dinner. Work your way down Boylston Street on Tuesday, December 18th for the last Cheese Tuesday of 2018. Starting at 7:00pm, chef-owner Frank McClelland is ready to wow you with the four courses he’ll prepare followed by Helvitz’s much-anticipated cheese trolley. On the cart, you’ll find fromage suggestions for the winter (aka when you need it most). Every course comes with wine pairings, and dinner costs $95 per person. Call 617.262.3023 to book your table.
