L’Espalier Wine Dinner

Chef Frank McClelland and sommelier Erik Johnson invite guests to celebrate spring’s arrival with a spectacular evening at L’Espalier filled with some of the city’s best food and wine. On Wednesday, March 26, McClelland will prepare a seven course tasting menu with paired wines from the Rhone region. The dinner starts at 7:00pm and features tuna carpaccio with picked Easter egg radish and asparagus; rabbit and foie gras salad with young greens spring dug parsnip and slow roasted vidalia shoots; and grilled quail wrapped in grape leaf and medallion of shad roe with corn and mustard shoots.
