L’Espalier & the New England Cheesemakers Series

For 2004, L’Espalier has upgraded their ever-popular Cheese Tuesdays into the New England Cheesemakers Series – an entertaining, informative and delicious monthly cheese series. Chef Frank McClelland and fromager Louis Risoli will be using the same Cheese Tuesday format but this year they’ll be welcoming award-winning cheesemakers from New England to host each special evening of cheese education. Each evening will include a four-course dinner with a different wine paired with each course. The fourth course will be a grand cheese tasting selected by the featured guest.
