L’Espalier Sous Chef at the BCAE

Join L’Espalier executive sous chef James Hackney at the BCAE on Wednesday, April 30th for a sneak preview in “A Spring Menu from L’Espalier.” Watch and learn while Hackney demonstrates Vidalia onion tarte Tatin with goat cheese herb butter and lamb with pecorino cheese and mint ravioli in a sauce of asparagus and spring vegetables. A fruit soufflé rounds out the menu for the class. Hackney will also cover how to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions.
