A Discussion of Food and Wine Pairing – Join L’Espalier sommelier Veronica Picon for a sampling of red and white wines from different parts of the world, and discover how perfect food and wine pairings come to be. Learn how different grapes and wine styles complement food and which wines are most food friendly. The class takes place on Wednesday, May 7th from 6:00-7:30pm.
