In honor of their 25th anniversary, Parish Cafe has been remembering (and reviving) signature dishes from menus past. Next up on the specials board: The L’Espalier courtesy of cookbook author, James Beard Award winner, and chef-owner of the Back Bay’s beloved L’Espalier, Frank McClelland. Available through Sunday, May 20th the sandwich features fresh Maine crab salad piled high and dressed with a spicy remoulade, sliced avocado, mango, and salted greens atop a toasted brioche. You can stop by either location in Back Bay or South End to grab yours, but the special is back-by-popular-demand for this week only, so you’ll want to hurry.
