The L’Espalier Returns to Parish Cafe

Front Burner Social

In honor of their 25th anniversary, Parish Cafe has been remembering (and reviving) signature dishes from menus past. Next up on the specials board: The L’Espalier courtesy of cookbook author, James Beard Award winner, and chef-owner of the Back Bay’s beloved L’EspalierFrank McClelland. Available through Sunday, May 20th the sandwich features fresh Maine crab salad piled high and dressed with a spicy remoulade, sliced avocado, mango, and salted greens atop a toasted brioche. You can stop by either location in Back Bay or South End to grab yours, but the special is back-by-popular-demand for this week only, so you’ll want to hurry.
