Move over, tacos: it’s Cheese Tuesday at L’Espalier. The popular event continues on February 27th at 7:00pm with a three-course dinner and wine pairings, leading up to a grand cheese tasting to wrap things up (with an optional dessert course in the unlikely event that you’re still hungry). L’Espalier’s mâitre d’ and fromager Matthew Helvitz will be on hand to explain the cheeses and answer all of your queso queries, and the knowledgeable staff will walk you through the wines.
