Kick off Labor Day weekend and celebrate the last Friday in August with help from the folks at Ledger. They’re working with Privateer Rum to give the people what they want: a rum-soaked pig roast. Stop by the Salem staple on Friday, August 30th between 5:00 and 7:00pm for your fix of pork and other housemade bites from Executive Chef Daniel Gursha. You can snag a bunch of cocktails, too, like classic mai tais and daiquiris and a few of Ledger’s favorites from their drink menu. Tickets are $25 per person plus a teeny processing fee, which covers all the meat you can eat, snacks that’ll be passed around, a complimentary libation as soon as you arrive and gratuity for servers.
