Leave it Up to the Chef

Whimsy is never in short supply at Sel de la Terre Natick. Chef Edward Hoffey has three more installments of his Chef’s Table dinner series planned for the winter. As is the custom, guests will be treated to a four-course menu (with wines) as well as a little discussion of the various dishes from the chef himself, who’ll be able to explain techniques, flavor profiles and his inspiration.
