If you missed Puritan Oyster’s last Oyster Shucking Class, you’re in luck ’cause this Sunday, August 18th, the Cambridge restaurant will be hosting another class led by culinary director, Alexis Babineau. Starting at 3:45pm they’ll be welcoming folks in for a beverage and some light snacks before rolling up their sleeves and getting down to business – the business of showing you how to crack open tasty bivalves. Tickets are $75 each and no prior experience is required. You’ll leave class with a Puritan Oyster Bar shucking knife to put your new skills to the test. Spot are limited, so make sure to grab your tickets before they sell out. If you want to stay for dinner after class, you can book a res for 5:00pm right next door at their sister, Puritan & Co.
