On Monday, August 14th, Cambridge neighbors Lamplighter Brewery and Bondir are teaming up for an evening that will be both educational and delicious. Starting in the Lamplighter taproom at 6:00pm, you’ll get a guided tour of the brewery and a rundown of the brewing process (with appetizers and beer to keep you focused), then head across the street to Bondir for a four-course meal paired with more of Lamplighter’s finest. Chef Jason Bond will walk you through the meal, and Head Brewer Tyler Fitzpatrick will be on hand to give you the skinny on the evening’s beer.
