Chef Rene Michelena continues his Turn the Tables guest chef series on Monday, September 15th with a girls’ night out of sorts. Starting at 7:00pm, chefs Laura Brennan of Caffe Umbra, Marisa Iocco of Bricco, Ruth-Anne Adams of Casablanca and Nicole Coady of Finale get together in the kitchen at Saint for a collaborative seven-course lounge dining interpretation.
