On Monday, September 3rd, in tribute to the beloved, cross-cultural tradition, chef-owner Tracy Chang welcomes guests for a Spanish-style whole hog with sides from across the globe. Choose among accompaniments like sake kasu dinner rolls, house pickled onions and barbeque sauce (if you want to make bbq sliders in the grand American tradition), fries and gravy (if you’re feeling French Canadian) or salsa and guac (if you’re in the mood for a mini Mexican-ish fiesta).
