La Morra Hosts a Pugliese Pop-up

Collaboration is the word of the day at La Morra whose Quattro Mani Wine Dinner is a joint effort between chef-owner Josh Ziskin, chef Emily Vena and special guest Maria Cicorella, executive chef of the Michelin-rated Pasha, in Italy’s southern Puglia region. This four-course meal, paired with selections from the Botromagno winery, is scheduled for Tuesday, September 12th; it’s a can’t-miss event for fans of Southern Italian cuisine and wines.
