La Morra Hosts Annual Operation Frontline Dinner

For the eleventh annual Operation Frontline Dinner, scheduled for Monday, June 9th, chef Andy Husbands passes the torch to friend and culinary colleague Josh Ziskin of Brookline’s La Morra. As this year’s host, Ziskin calls on some top local talent to prepare a six-course dinner in support of Share Our Strength’s Operation Frontline, a groundbreaking nutrition education program. Jockeying for prime stovetop space in the cozy confines of La Morra’s Boylston Street kitchen: chefs Andy Husbands of Tremont 647, Ron & Colleen Suhanosky of Sfoglia in Nantucket and New York City, Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Marco, Anthony Susi of Sage, Dave Punch of Ten Tables, Lee Napoli of Chocolee and Maura Kilpatrick of Oleana. Dinner, which gets underway at 6:00pm with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, costs $125 per person with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Operation Frontline.
