The best of the west hits Sycamore on Monday, November 16th for a wine dinner featuring the wines of La Clarine Farm. Chef Lydia Reichert will be cooking dishes from the classic Chez Panisse cookbook (of Berkeley, CA fame), and winemaker Hank Beckmeyer will be on hand to pour his La Clarine pairings from the Sierra Nevada foothills.
