Korean cuisine is king at Kirkland Tap & Trotter for a cookbook launch celebration. On Wednesday, February 10th, chef Tony Maws welcomes chef Deuki Hong and writer Matt Rodbard of the soon-to-be-released Koreatown: A Cookbook. The evening features dishes inspired by the Korean-American recipes of the book, like kimchi and bacon fried rice with gochujang butter. Seatings for a family-style dinner with are available at 6:30 and 8:30pm for $48 per person, including a welcome cocktail, discussion with the authors and a signed copy of Koreatown. You can also snag a cookbook for $30 apiece and order the fried rice a la carte in addition to the regular dinner menu.
