Blue Ginger partners with the West Coast’s Knights Bridge Winery for a dinner like no other on Tuesday, September 13th. Chef Ming Tsai‘s kitchen team will be preparing plates of full of Asian flavors to pair with robust bottles from the Californian winery’s collection. The resulting six-course menu (which you can see in its entirety – with pairings! – below) costs $150 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
