On Tuesday, February 20th, the band is getting back together at Terra. Chef de Cuisine Dan Bazzinotti is recruiting his mentor, Chef Keith Pooler of Bergamot, for a five-course tasting dinner paired with the mountain wines of Valle d’Aosta. The chefs have known each other for over a decade, and the winemaking region traces its roots back to Roman times, so this promises to be a dinner rich in friendship, flavor, and history.
