Chef-owner Jason Bond gives former sous-chef, Alabama native and current farmer, Jade E. Taylor (JT’s Herbs & Produce), the reins at Bondir for a special two-night pop-up dinner experience. Come by on Sunday, October 1st and/or Wednesday, October 4th for a five-course meal featuring JT’s fall harvest of heirloom vegetables prepared with the freshest local meats.
