Chef Tru Lang puts the “journey” in Journeyman with an a la carte menu of Quebec-inspired eats. Lang represented Somerville at the Montreal en Lumiere festival in February and is bringing the flavors of North back home with Canadian dishes like poutine and maple-roasted foie gras. The eats are available Monday, March 7th through Wednesday, March 9th, as part of the themed pop-up series anticipating Journeyman’s forthcoming a la carte concept.
