Jolivet Wine Dinner at Aujourd’hui

Aujourd’hui chef de cuisine Jerome Legras welcomes one of his countrymen, Pascal Jolivet, one of Loire Valley’s great Sancerre producers, to Aujourd’hui on Thursday, April 7th for a five-course wine dinner. The intimate dinner, ideal for oenophiles who desire one-on-one conversation with the celebrated winemaker, will be held in Aujourd’hui’s private dining room.
