The James Beard House Welcomes Chris Parsons

All of us up here in Massachusetts know the incredible things chef Chris Parsons can do with the impeccably fresh seafood at his restaurant Catch – now folks down in New York are going to get a taste of the deliciousness. On Monday, October 26th, Parsons will head down to the James Beard House to cook a special menu featuring scallops, lobster, razor clams, oysters and monkfish to name just a few of his chosen briny ingredients. He even plans to throw in dessert for good measure. The sea-centric meal beings at 7:00pm and costs $165 per person ($125 for James Beard Foundation members).
