J’Adore Japon

Known for their blend of Spanish and Japanese cuisine, PAGU takes a break from tapas-making on Thursday, September 27th for  J’Adore Japon, an evening of Japanese and French fusion. For one night only, chef-owner Tracy Chang and sommelier Charlie Gaeta will be dishing out a different kind of yoshoku (Japanized forms of Western eats that date back to the Meiji Restoration) by way of a four-course family-style meal paired with French wines. Dinner starts at 6:00pm and tickets cost $75 each which includes dinner, wine, gratuity and tax (though not processing fees which are $11.88). Space is limited but you can grab your tickets here. It’s a yoshoku experience you won’t want to miss.
