Vincent’s, the charming Cambridge spot from the State Park and Mamaleh’s peeps, is serving up five courses of Jacques Pépin-inspired fare on Thursday, January 27th. Chef Philip Nacron has long been a fan of Pépin’s (acclaimed chef, author, TV personality, culinary educator and co-founder of Boston University’s Certificate Program in the Culinary Arts and MLA in Gastronomy) and he’s channeling his enthusiasm into a five-course menu highlighting classic French dishes that he learned from reading and watching chef Pépin over the years. Get your tickets for the special celebration dinner online here for $75 each (plus tax and gratuity) with an optional wine pairing for $30. And don’t worry, if you aren’t dining-in at the moment, the prix fixe is also available for takeout. Take a peek at the sample menu below (subject to change) and get ready for a night filled with delicious food (and a few surprises, too).
