It’s Tomato Time at Forage

pjohnson1 via canva

There’s no such thing as too many tomatoes, and the crew at Forage in Cambridge has just the dinner to showcase the garden goods on Tuesday, September 13th. Chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert have pulled together a four-course menu of fresh tomatoes and funky wines that will make it feel as though summer could last forever, with plates like Burst Cherry Tomatoes with Oat Groat Risotto, romaine and lemon verbena oil with 2021 Esotico, Vini Sassara, Bardolino. Check out the full menu below and grab a reservation here to dine in ($95 per person) or here to take out ($160, serves two).
