Italy Comes to the North End

On Tuesday, April 20th chef Greg Jordon plays host to Giovanni Pasquero-Elia of Piedmont’s Paitin Winery. Pasquero-Elia will be coming all the way from Italy for dinner in the North End – and it’s a good thing, since he’ll be bringing the wines. He’s picked some of his best bottles to accompany Jordan’s five-course menu, which, in a bit of a departure for the Mare chef, only features one seafood-focused dish.
