The Red Lion Inn sets their compass due south (and over the Atlantic) with an upcoming wine dinner. On Friday, April 8th, the Berkshires restaurant presents an evening of Southern Italian flavor. Sommelier Dan Thomas will partner with Spirited Wines of Lenox, MA for pours from the regions below Rome while chefs Brian Alberg and Adam Brassard prepare a special prix fixe. The plates include duck confit arancini, braised lamb leg and more. Take a look at the menu below—available for $90 per person at 5:30pm.
