On Thursday, November 20th, join chef Mark Usewicz at The Independent when he teams up with the folks from Ipswich Brewery for an evening of robust flavors paired with craft brewed beers. The six-course menu will feature dishes like clams “casino” with guanciale; conch chowder with fried oysters; and Ancho chile rubbed skirt steak with yucca con mojo and chimichurri sauce.
