Indigenous Peoples’ Day Brunch

Rail Trail Flatbread

Long weekends and extra brunch go together like eggs and bacon, and you can get more of what you love on Monday, October 10th with a bonus brunch at Rail Trail Flatbread in Hudson. Chef Thomas Kepner and his crew of pizza pros will be open from 11:30am to 4:00pm to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day with extra Apple Crisp Pancakes (slow-roasted apples, oat crumble, cider caramel syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon sugar; Steak and Cheese Benedicts (english muffin stacked up with shaved steak and cheese, sauteed spinach, poached eggs topped with bearnaise sauce, chive); and of course flatbreads like the Elote Ranchero with roasted garlic base, sunny-side eggs, fire roasted corn, queso fresco, cheese blend, aioli, garlic parmesan, chive, and lime. It wouldn’t be a day off without a drink or two, so wash down your bumper brunch feast with a Frozen Watermelon Cooler (tequila, watermelon, cucumber) or something local on draft and you’ll be feeling fine. Grab a reservation here for Monday brunch or give them a call at 978.293.3552.
