Both il Casales are busting out the tequila bottles for Cinco de Mayo drinking. Il Casale Belmont’s bar is featuring The Sage, made with El Jimador tequila, sage, orange bitters and lime ($11 apiece). Over at il Casale Lexington, the specialty margarita is the Fumo e Bolle, or Smoke and Bubbles. El Jimador Tequila partners with limonio, honey and lemon, served with a sparkling Nebbiolo float ($13 apiece).
