Kick off the week of Valentine’s Day on a spicy note with a saucy pop-up at Island Creek Oyster Bar. Chef Nicki Hobson is joining forces with the folks from Kitchen Garden Farm on Monday, February 11th, incorporating KGF’s srirachas and salsas into some of ICOB’s dishes. Tim Wilcox and Caroline Pam, the owners and operators of Kitchen Garden Farm, will be there to talk about their adventures in chili farming and how they’ve grown into a 50 acre farm producing over 30 different types of peppers.
