Starting at 6:30pm at Finale Park Plaza, they’ll be pouring five of their favorite ice wines, which are made from grapes harvested after they’ve frozen on the vine. The resulting concentrated and sweet wines are perfect pairings for signature desserts like cheesecake, strawberry frangipane tart, key lime tart, lemon tart and crème brûlée.
