Icarus to Host Wolf Blass Wine Dinner

Icarus has a pre-Halloween treat in store for fans of Wolf Blass wines. On Tuesday, October 30th chef-owner Chris Douglass and Bill Flumerfelt will be pairing a four course menu with four highly regarded wines from the Australian winery – Yellow Label NV Brut; Gold Label Riesling; Platinum Label Shiraz; and Black Label Shiraz/Cabernet.
