Ian Maschal Comes To SRV

Eventide Fenway’s Chef de Cuisine Ian Maschal is skipping work on Boylston Street (just for one night, folks!) and making his way over to the South End on Wednesday, September 5th to team up with Co-Executive Chefs, Michael Lombardi & Kevin O’Donnell, at SRV. He’ll be working with the duo in the kitchen to prepare cicchetti, or Italian small bites, that are completely complimentary to guests — yep, you read that right! From 5:30 through 7:30pm, find a seat in SRV’s bar area or street-facing patio (perfect for watching passersby) and order up an Aperol spritz or glass of wine (you do have to pay for those) to pair with your eats. See the menu that Maschal has crafted below — heads up: it’s seafood-heavy, but would you expect anything else from the Eventide cooker?
