Noir gets into the spirit of the holiday this Halloween on Sunday, October 31st with a Horror Chick Flick party, complete with scary ladies like Carrie and that creepy little girl from The Ring. The party, which will feature some great costumes, complimentary appetizers, and a house-of-horrors inspired décor, will get underway at 9:00pm and continue on until the witching hour…or closing.
