Christmas is coming, the goose is getting—you know the rest. On Wednesday, December 28th, Journeyman presents a holiday goose dinner showcasing the fair fowl. Seven, family-style courses are available for $60 per person, including whole-roasted goose with pomegranate molasses and raw oysters with candied jalapenos.
