You don’t have to have burgers and bbq for the 4th (not that there’s anything wrong with that). The Aquitaine Group’s collection of well-loved South End restaurants will be open at 10:00am for brunch (Gaslight and Cinquecento) or lunch (Aquitaine), and then for dinner until 9:00pm so you’ll have plenty of time to grab a bite before you head over to the Esplanade (or whatever secret perch from which you take in the fireworks).
