On Wednesday, December 19th, the hotel’s 106-year-old lobby will undergo a dramatic transformation into a lavish dining hall complete with candlelit tables running the length of the room. Executive Chef Laurent Poulain has crafted a five-course menu as divine as the seating arrangement with plates like braised lamb shoulder, Nantucket Bay scallops and warm flourless dark chocolate cake, each with a wine pairing.
