Here Comes CRUX

Chef Brandon Baltzley’s roaming culinary collective is popping up at Ribelle on Friday, December 11th to put the CRUX touch on classic New England cuisine. Baltzley, formerly of Ribelle himself, will team up with sous chef Laura Higgins and beverage director Theresa Paopao to present tastes of Boston’s unique food culture. The a la carte menu will be available to walk-ins from 7:00-11:00pm and foreshadows CRUX’s regionally focused food tour coming in January. (The Winter in the Rust Belt series will stop in Indianapolis, Chicago, Pittsburg and Saint Catherine’s.)
