Farmers’ Market-to-Table

Henrietta’s Table sources right from the farmers’ market for their upcoming supper—on Wednesday, April 26th, chef Peter Davis presents a three-course meal to support the Charles Square Winter Farmers’ Market. Using fruits and veggies from the purveyors who set up shop in Harvard Square every week, the kitchen team has put together a prix fixe with ingredients like roasted beets, grilled kale, and butternut squash puree. Between 7:00 and 10:00pm, each of the three courses comes with a paired Sam Adams brew for culinary harmony. Tickets are $100 each online here and proceeds benefit the local market.
