Hearty Winter Dishes with Will Gilson

A little thing like a blizzard isn’t going to stop a hearty, New England chef from doing what he does best.  Nemo may have caused us to cancel the original class last Friday, but Will Gilson will now be back at the Boston Center for Adult Education on a new date, Wednesday, February 27th. The Cambridge-based cooker, accompanied by his baker-in-chief, Mike Geldart, will be sharing some of his culinary expertise with would-be chefs in the Center’s Back Bay cooking studio. There are still slots available for dinner guests, which means, for $25, you’ll get to enjoy the fruits of the class’s labor without having to do any of the hard work. Gilson and Geldart’s menu revolves around Hearty Winter Dishes (see below) so you can expect a few stick-to-your-ribs dishes and a main course including Creekstone Farms pasture-raised beef. Each course will also be complimented by a wine from the J Lohr portfolio. Sign up online through the BCAE website before all the slots are full.
