Header Over Cheddar Harvest Review

The Harvest Review, one of the Boston area’s first ingredient-based tasting series, returns on Wednesday, March 15th when chef Keith Pooler and pastry chef Liz O’Connell welcome Mark Brebach of Vermont’s Crowley Cheese to Harvest for a Header Over Cheddar. The four-course dinner, complete with accompanying wines chosen by sommelier Jason Irving, will highlight the flavorful Crowley cheeses. Brebach will be on hand to educate guests about the process of making world class cheeses, which have been featured on the Discovery Channel.
