The Harvest restaurant in Cambridge pays homage to New England’s finest farmers and purveyors in their new monthly series, the Harvest Review. The five course tasting events will take place once a month from 5:30-7:30pm, and cost $35.00 per person, exclusive of tax and tip. Combining education and degustation, the Harvest Review gets started on Wednesday, September 17th with featured guest speaker, Skip Bennet, of Bennet Lobster & Seafood in Duxbury, MA. Bennet will discuss the farming of oysters, and how consumers can best select and prepare these pearls of the shellfish world. Chef Eric Brennan will be preparing five courses exploring the differences between types of oysters and demonstrating their versatility.
