Harvest Review Returns

After a brief summer break, The Harvest Review is back – the popular tasting series returns on Thursday, September 8th with Simply A-Maizing, a four course tasting menu celebrating late harvest corn. Chef Keith Pooler, with the help of his three sous chefs, has put together a menu of corn-focused courses like lobster empanada with heirloom salsa crudo and avocado cream; sweet corn bisque with smokey chicken and thyme essence; corn and crab stuffed skate wing with shaved cool vegetables; and sugar queen panna cotta with caramel popcorn and pistachio brittle. Steven Verrill, owner of Verrill Farms in Concord will be on hand to guide guests through the menu. The monthly tasting series, which celebrates local product, growers and purveyors, costs $39 per person including paired wines selected by wine director Jason Irving. Reservations can be made by caling Harvest at 617.868.2255.
